Join the Strength Series

9 Weeks to a stronger and more stable self in this Somatic Strength and Balance Series. With the use of light weights, resistance bands, yoga blocks and belts we will work with the natural movements and rhythms of our bodies. Keeping to good alignment and easy breathing this class will begin with grounding, isometric work and specific, slow movements. You will start where you are and add more each week. Every class ends with a cool down restorative pose.
