Women’s workshop. Dive deep into the depths of the feminine Relax into a weekend of gentle yoga, relaxation, good food, self-care and well-being at Boulder Hot Springs in Boulder, Montana. Kelly Baraby and Kim Schleicher will lead gentle yoga and meditation classes that are open to all levels of experience. All women are WELCOME. Enjoy delicious meals, soaking in hot water, gentle yoga, quieting meditative practices, reading, hiking or x-country skiing, resting and simply being. $125 + room/board (approx. $100 per person).

Come revive your energy with a weekend day camp designed to retune your mind and body through movement. The weekend is a chance to wake up the body and open yourself to new ways of moving through space. The weekend is designed around four unique yet complimentary movement modalities: Yoga, Pilates, Nordic Walking and Foundation Training. Nordic Walking poles provided.

The Weekend is being presented by Melinda Leas, owner of Fit Form Studio and Kim Schleicher, E-RYT500, a Helena Yoga Therapist and Yoga teacher.
